Bilateral Agreements |

According the Law on Science
and Technological Development different organizations such as Ministries,
research institutes, the Academy of Sciences and Universities may sign
bilateral agreements with homologous institutions of other countries. Ministries and Academy of Sciences may sign co-operation
agreements covering the fields of activities of the research institutes under
their dependency. Ministry of Education and Science can sign co-operation
agreements in the field of science and technology on National Scale. In these
cases the Ministry has the financial responsibility for the foreseen
activities, also. Actually there are in force two agreements with:
