Develop strategies and policies for the development of higher education with specific goals , achievable, measurable and strategic for the further improvement of curricula and their quality, based on legislation and standards in force and in line with the Bologna Process.
 Promotion of different scientific research programs under the umbrella of the EU, as well as maintaining continuous links with the basic units that cover these programs at universities.
