REALIZATION
OF VARIOUS TRAINING ACTIVITIES IN NATIONAL, REGIONAL, AND LOCAL LEVEL
Seminar: Teacher training in Vocational High Schools
During
the year 2005, a special attention was paid to the training and qualification
of high schools teachers. Thus we organized training with the high school
teachers, schoolmasters and inspectors of Regional Educational Directorates in
Tirana and Berat.
The
seminars aimed to solve the problems related to the programs and textbooks,
like the content issues, assessment methods and techniques, teaching
strategies, etc.
The
participants in the seminars appreciated the training of the new concepts in
the new programs, changes, achievements and deficiencies.
In
the seminar hold in Tirana, the participants were trained by 15 trainers. In
the one-day seminar in Berati the participants were mainly high school teachers
and different inspectors form Berati district.
The
authors of programs and/or textbooks and the specialists of CTQE made and
analysis of the programs and textbooks for grade 11
This
seminar took place at the high school “Bab Dud Karbunara”.
